Elect Emergency Multisig Committee for Octant v2 Pilot

Context: This vote will determine the five community members who will serve as signers on the 3-of-5 emergency multisig that safeguards ShutterDAO 0x36’s Octant v2 vault. Decision Type: Weighted vote

Background

The emergency multisig will hold limited authority to execute an emergency unwind, returning funds from the external yield strategy back to the DAO’s vault in the event of a technical or security risk.

• Can only redeem positions back to USDC and pause redeployments.
• Cannot transfer principal or redeploy funds without a full DAO vote.
• Provides an additional layer of operational safety and transparency.
• This vote will elect five trusted community members to serve as signers on the multisig.

How this vote works

This is a weighted vote. Each voter can distribute voting weight among one or more candidates. The top five ranked candidates will be invited to serve as signers. If any top-five nominee declines, the next highest-ranked candidate will be invited to join.
