Background

As part of the preparations to deploy a Uniswap v3 pool on OP Mainnet, Artis has prepared a Safe multisig address on OP Mainnet which is controlled by Shutter DAO 0x36 on Snapshot.

If passed on Snapshot, this proposal will trigger a test transaction from the Safe to a specified address on OP Mainnet.
