[SDIP-7] Move Ambassador Leaderboard payouts from Quarterly to Monthly

Summary

The Shyft DAO aims to continue the Ambassador Program with a slight adjustment, incorporating feedback from existing ambassadors. Ambassadors on the leaderboard will now receive their payouts monthly, instead of every three months. Annual payout amount will not change. This adjustment will provide a more consistent income stream for our Ambassadors, streamlining the operation of the program and catering more closely to the needs of our dedicated community leaders.

Motivation

Our Ambassadors are fundamental in fostering and maintaining the Shyft community. Therefore, their rewards should mirror their commitment and the value they bring. In response to their feedback and to offer a more predictable reward system, we propose the shift to a monthly payout scheme, currently totaling $12,000 and 1,200,000 Shyft Tokens annually. The specific benefits for the Ambassadors, determined by the DAO Marketing & Community Committee, include SHFT token rewards, NFT’s, exclusive access to discord discussions, and more.

Proposal

Request for Funds: The Ambassador Program has successfully cultivated community health, engagement, and growth through a diverse array of activities led by community members and users. Focusing on Content Creation, Growth, and Organization, the program inspires wide-ranging participation, accommodating a variety of strengths and talents among our Ambassadors.

To sustain the momentum of the Ambassador Program, the Marketing & Community Committee is requesting the maintenance of $12,000 USD, and 100,000 Shyft Tokens to be distributed on a monthly basis, aligning with the newly proposed payout structure.

Actions

For Approval for the monthly distribution of $1000 USD and 100,000 Shyft tokens to facilitate the continuity of the Ambassador Program, thus contributing to the growth and health of the Shyft ecosystem.

Against Rejection of monthly distribution of $1000 USD and 100,000 Shyft tokens for the ongoing enhancement of the Ambassador Program.
