Vote YES or NO on implementing a "Governance Farming" program for VIBES:

• Stake VIBES-MATIC LP, can withdraw at any time
• Multiplier increases from 1 to 10x linearly over 60 days
• Multiplier increases voting power only, there is no VIBES APY
• Multiplier resets on withdraw

Goal: Incentivize market liquidity and allow long-term token holders to accrue inflated network equity over time without attracting opportunistic yield farming.
