To all Memes Lab Private Round participants on Oct 30 – Nov 1 on SidusPad.

The Memes Lab project has revised its long-term strategy to ensure investor safety and balanced tokenomics for a smoother launch.

Based on this revision, the Private Round conditions have also been altered from the ones that you agreed on when investing! Here are the new Private Round conditions proposed by Memes Lab: LAB price – $0.0166 TGE unlock – 5% FDV – $16.6M Vesting – 6 months Cliff – 6 months However, SidusPad users have a choice.

As the conditions above were not the ones you initially agreed to, we propose a vote for a FULL REFUND. This proposal will pass or fail based on the majority vote.

If our community votes YES, all SidusPad Memes Lab Private Round investors will get a FULL REFUND.

If our community votes NO, we shall all subscribe to the proposed changes.
