Creation of Sidus Launchpad - a Launchpad for External Web3 Gaming and DeFi Projects

Over the last two years, Sidus Heroes has successfully navigated the most severe bearish market. During this time, the team has acquired valuable Web3 skills and honed its efficiency in key areas such as operational processes, treasury management and human resources.The Sidus team now boasts approximately 20 years of extensive expertise in game development, complemented by leading Web3 analysts.

Sidus regularly receives inquiries from independent developers who wish to work with us, but are unable to become part of our Metaverse. To grow our ecosystem, we have decided to create Sidus Launchpad in collaboration with our Sidus community.

Sidus Launchpad will empower a newly created special launchpad team to assist in the launch of reliable and promising projects that have strong concepts and teams behind them. With an overarching ethos behind the Launchpad being one of quality over quantity, the expertise of the Sidus team will provide invaluable guidance to the selected projects as they progress to conduct their IDOs.

With the Sidus Launchpad, we want our community to not only be part of the greatest Metaverse but to also be involved and gain access to these projects as they launch their IDOs.

If the Sidus DAO supports this initiative, a dedicated launchpad team will be created to ensure that Sidus Launchpad does not divert the main team away from developing our gaming ecosystem. The launchpad team will also be responsible for the deployment, where currently, all of the technical software has been tested internally and is ready to be launched at the end of January.

The Sidus Launchpad fundraising process for selected projects will involve staking SIDUS tokens. Sidus Staking will be presented with different tiers, which will guarantee DAO members with allocation in the projects on the Launchpad.

SENATE tokens holders will be part of our special initiative, DAO Green Light approval. All candidate projects that pass the first stage of the project due diligence threshold will move onto the second stage, being the DAO Green Light approval. During this vote, you will be using SENATE tokens to Approve or Reject the proposed project. If a project is approved, it will then enter the final stage being the preparation and conduct of an IDO .

The Sidus Launchpad is a crucial strategic decision that will positively impact the performance of our entire ecosystem. The initiative will also create an additional use case for our tokens.

The Sidus Launchpad doesn’t conflict with the Module Economy or other in-game features of the Sidus Metaverse. Projects going through our launchpad will not be part of our ecosystem and lore. These projects may separately issue their own native tokens and NFTs whilst being unrelated to the Sidus Metaverse.
