Rebalancing of Ecosystem Incentives Pools to Match Individual Projects

We are proposing to rebalance the reward pools for ecosystem incentives, encompassing both $SIDUS and $SENATE tokens, into 20 distinct pools. Each pool will be exclusively dedicated to supporting individual projects and game studios.

Purpose: There are two major objectives:

1. To ensure the circulation of all tokens on prominent platforms like CoinMarketCap (CMC) and other tracking platforms, thereby ensuring transparency for all token holders.

2. This rebalancing aims to create transparency for game studios by providing each studio with its own dedicated token budget.
