Found Sigil Consultation DAO

This proposal will establish Sigil Consultation DAO as an official social DAO to promote the good of its members via the public facing foundation Sigil Consulting Inc.

This proposal establishes $SIGIL as the governance token of this DAO and allocates the token accordingly:

4,000,000 has been allocated to the founders and directing body equally distributed to the following wallets: bleachedsleet.eth copperlite.eth erajtob.eth alicesin.eth

A total of 1,000,000,000,000 $SIGIL has been minted into the TS pool. This proposal will establish that the initial total supply will be set at 30,000,000 unlocked. The remaining excess tokens will be burned at the conclusion of this proposal.

This proposal also establishes the DAO treasury at the address of sigilconsulting.eth to be managed as a multisig with each of the aforementioned founders listed as signers.

Finally, this proposal relinquishes control of all legally owned properties of Sigil Consulting Inc. to the collective DAO members and orders all foundation directors and officiants to abide by the conclusions defined both on and off chain by this DAO and it’s membership.
