Execute a proposed Growth Plan for April to June 2024

You are voting to execute a growth plan proposed in the gov forum - see a link to the proposal in the Discussion. The plan proposes the following:

TL;DR

• Releasing $SILO incentive program on April 1st
• Requesting funds from the DAO to cover the planned incentive programs and cover Silo v2 audit costs
• Allocating incentives to external integrations

NOTE: The funds requested are the maximum amount we need. However, the community and core team will work to minimize expenses.
