Summary This proposal will establish the SophonDAO treasury, management, and initial funding.

Discussion This proposal will establish the SophonDAO treasury, a standard Gnosis Safe on Ethereum. Multisig signers will be determined by SophonDAO Contributors after approval of this SIP.

Treasury funds will be managed by Quantum Forest (QF) Contributors in accordance with a broad based mandate to grow the treasury for the benefit of SophonDAO members. QF is a protocol which applies SOTA ML methods to markets, such as dimensional reduction, supervised/unsupervised learning, and feature engineering. QF Contributors will grow the treasury primarily through the use of QF algos and trading expertise, as well as minting/holding select NFTs. However, QF Contributors have broad latitude to pursue any legal opportunities as they arise.

Initial funding for the SophonDAO Treasury will be via an interest-free loan from QF Contributors in the amount of 9.99K USDC or its equivalent in Ethereum.
