Give 50% of Admin trading fees to all veSRS holders

Background

Current trading fees are completely rewarded to all LP holders, and veSRS plays a major role in the Sirius finance ecosystem. To improve its adoption, there's a need to continually incentivize holders to keep holding and encourage SRS holders to lock their SRS for veSRS to receive their share of the cake.

Proposal

This proposal seeks to increase the total percentage of Admin trading fees that goes to veSRS holders from 0% to 50%. If this proposal passes, 50% of all fees earned by the Admin will be given to veSRS holders. The voting period starts at 12PM on the 25th of April 2022 and ends on the 28th of April 2022 at exactly 12 PM UTC.

Before change:

• LP trading fee rewards: 0.04%
• veSRS holders: 0

After change:

• LP trading fee rewards: 0.02%
• veSRS holders: 0.02%
