SIP-08: Adjust trading fee distribution
Description
Sirius Finance collects trading fees by charging a very competitive trading fee percentage via swaps. This proposal aims to adjust trading fee distribution from 50/50 to LPer and veSRS holder to: 30% to LPer, 40% to veSRS holder, 30% to buy back SRS from the market.
