I've been skateboarding for 27 years. I breath skateboarding from a performance art format through video art.

I'm a self-taught artist, my relationship with skateboarding goes beyond tricks, I like to subvert the things that exists, like the noggle decks I've developed: a skateboard deck with the gnars logo, or the bodyboards and make it slide on hot asphalt, or even build a Gnars street spot in the heart of greater São Paulo.

It brings me immense pleasure to be part of the vibrant artistic community that is Gnars DAO. Throughout our prior collaboration, I've forged a strong bond with the community, I'm looking forward to engage even further and bring my artistic ideas to life. Crafting pieces that authentically embody my vision alongside Gnars has been a source of satisfaction.

Thanks to Gnars I was able to hold an event in which we celebrated with the Uncharted Waves Premier video - for the "NounGnarversary" event. The event was fully DIY and also brought a skateboarding obstacle called "Possibilities" for the community.

Making further Impact

I want to be a DAO spearhead advocating on Gnars behalf and ensure the Organisation goals. Since we are all aligned to Million Shredders On chain I want to distribute 100 exclusive Gnars Skateboard Decks among new community members, tagged with QR codes that will lead to an Onboarding process into Gnars DAO.

I want to support Mera, SoMa, Bless with money and boards ( functional mkt material). The idea is start from the base skateboard school to SoMa and Bless partnership, both grass roots Skate Shops that goes beyond producing art and content. They should be managed personally by me and my trusted partners from the mentioned projects.

This proposal, if passed, would fund 100 Skateboard DECKS and its art creations (though prophouse curation) that would be given to the institutions along with the sum of 500 USD donation for each one.

In addition to the skateboard decks and donations this proposal compensates Will Dias with 2 ETH (equivalent in USDC) + 3 Gnars NFTs, for the proposal execution, communication with partners and onboarding, also in recognition and support for Wills efforts as a Gnars member. It also ensures that Will will be able to dedicate himself to Gnars during this proposal execution time.

Who are the partners ?

Ionir Mera

	OG skateboarder from Rio, made history competing tournaments and making skateboarding videos for major national media. Skativist for 23 years and instructor since 2012 acting for social projects with students and children in need.
	Mera uses his own methodology to teach techniques and culture. Mera is very respected around the scene and will be one of my trusted Gnarly Decks distributor.

Soma Skate Arte

	SoMa is more than the best local Skate Shop, Soma has been producing supporting alone the entire skateboarding of its whole city Petropolis.
	From audio-visual content, musical events, art exhibitions and several other events directly related to urban culture and its representation since 2012. Additonally, SoMa will be other Gnarly Decks distribution channel.

Bless SkateShop

	Bless Skateshop was established in 2012 in São Paulo's Santana neighborhood and actively supports the local skateboarding culture.
	They recently contributed to Gnarversary event success and have been dedicating efforts on building a community for skateboarders to connect, learn, and flourish through events and social initiatives. Additionally, they're involved in the DIY project at Sopa de Letras Square.

Execution Plan:

1. Create a prop house to reward 5 Designers with 0.1 ETH for 5 cc0 decks designs
2. Fabricate Decks applying awarded designs
3. Prepare QR code destination website optimized for gnars onboarding
4. Co-create a best trick/event/diy/task/contest/thatsgnarly/obstacle/whatever in order to distribute/activate the 500 Donation budget with each partner together and distribute the decks according with what we created
5. Execute planned actions along with, Mera, Soma and Bless in order to donate decks and onboard participants
6. Showcase Wills Gnarly films and Gnars Tools in mentioned Events like prop. 15 with Bob Burnquist.
7. Decorate Skateshops and Institution with Noggles Boards and place tons os stickers and paper Noggles from prop. 20.
8. Activate content created in TG and medias with Media Party

• I am pretty sure that creative ways of distribution, content delivery, onboarding adn etc will come up when working together with the mentioned entities.
• Wills Compensation will also cover transportation costs to visit those projects to make onboard and skate
