Skatehive at Hivefest

Proposal

Yo everyone, @knowhow92 here. Last week I did a call with Vlad and we talked about me potentially attending Hivefest 2024 at Split Croatia between 10-15 September so I can show the Hive community our app and network with other Hive projects/leaders.

Im down to do this, but to make this happen, I’m gonna need some funding to cover my travel expenses as well as Hivefest tickets. More specifically :point_down:

• 300 USD to get back and forth (I’ll drive there, it’s 12 hours, I'm located in Greece)
• Minnow (230$) or Regular (recommended 270$) Hivefest ticket
• 350$ USD for hotel room

Total ask : 880 - 920 USD from Skatehive treasury

As far as personal expenses, I’ll cover them my own of course.

Why attend Hivefest

By attending Hivefest, we’ll be able to get more Hivers eyes on Skatehive, hopefully translating to more delegations/voters support in community posts,witness votes and potential DHF proposal support. Networking was,is and will always be the number one way to get supporters in the web3 world.

This proposal is to check community’s sentiment about it. If community wants to take me there I’ll be more than happy to attend and represent the fam.
