Exchange all HBD Savings to Hive

TL;DR

This proposal aims to exchange a total of 381 HBD currently held in @skatehive and @stoken account wallet savings to Hive tokens and Power them Up.

Motivation

Currently, 381 HBD tokens are earning @Skatehive and @Stoken accounts around 80$/year thanks to Hive blockchain's 20% APR in HBD savings. Even though the APR is high, our savings are low and so are our returns by keeping that HBD in savings.

I suggest we convert all HBD these 2 accounts into Hive tokens and Power them Up for 2 reasons :

1. Support shredders with bigger upvotes : The more Hive Power our community curation accounts have, the more rewards can be distributed to shredders posting their content in skatehive.app

2. Enjoy potential bull market price appreciation : In the last bull market, Hive token touched $3 and it's currently trading at around $0.42 so there's much room for price growth.

Execution

If proposal is approved :

@knowhow92 will convert 195 HBD currently held in @skatehive wallet savings to Hive at market price and then power them up.
@howdarylrolls will convert 186 HBD currently held in @stoken wallet savings to Hive at market price and then power them up.

In a scenario where Hive price goes up, any Skatehive OG holder can propose to Power Down an "x" amount of Hive from @skatehive and @stoken wallets and trade it back to HBD.
