Final Sprint Proposal for Skatehive App Development

Hello Skatehive Community! 👋 I am making this proposal on behalf of discords group @DevTeam

As we're nearing the completion of the Skatehive app, it's clear that tremendous effort has gone into its development so far. To ensure we cross the finish line with all features implemented and polished, we propose a strategic push to boost our development momentum.

Proposal Overview

We suggest allocating $600 USD from our treasury to fund development bounties specifically targeted towards completing our Next.js app. This investment will be directed as follows:

• $475 USD will be dedicated to completing the tasks already outlined in our "TO DO" list.
• $125 USD will be reserved for additional, non-priority items that may arise or have been overlooked.

Implementation Steps

1. Create a Proposal for Fund Allocation: This will be done to secure community approval for the fund allocation.

2. Create GitHub Issues with a 'Bounty' Tag: Each task will be clearly outlined with expected deliverables and tagged appropriately to attract developers.

3. Accept Applications with Preference Criteria:

   • Primary consideration will be given to our existing Dev Team.
   • Secondary preference will extend to OG Holders with development capability.
   • Other community developers will also be considered, ensuring everyone has a chance to contribute.

The Bounties will be payed and handled by KnowHow92 or Vlad as soon as the contribution is merged to the main branch of the code.

Let’s make this final push a collaborative success! After we conclude those bounties the app 2.0 with new capabilities is ready to go and ready to users to be migrated. So with their test we can shape the rest of the app with the community.
