Overview: Add Spyln to the Skull Council to replace YuurinBee who is stepping down off the Council - the signing threshold will be kept as-is (5 of 9 consensus).

Additional Details:

Spyln is one of CryptoSkull’s most active community members and a top 20 overall holder of the collection. “CS is my main HNFT bet, with around 30 of them now I’m within top 20 of collectors. The collection [Admiral Skulls] that I personally created out of curiosity, passion and desire to learn new web3 stuff is also kind of centered around CS. Being here on the daily basis and not planning to leave soon.”. Splyn’s first language is Russian (he has served as a translator for Alex on live spaces) and he lives in Europe; providing additional geographical and cultural diversity on the council.

YuurinBee is voluntarily stepping down off the Council after a lengthy and valued term of service to the DAO and the skulls community. “Just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you for the opportunity to take part in the CS DAO. I am in quite a different place in life than where I was a year ago or so when I joined and don't want to allow my break and absence to negatively affect the DAO or hold anyone up. This has kind of been a long time coming, but I want to respectfully step down in the DAO for the next person that is active and passionate about CS and has time to dedicate. Anyways, shoutout to @Josep | MetaBrands.io @Leonidas.og @math_averse @EnviousNFTs those of you I got to work with early on. Appreciate everything guys, will be in touch, and all the best for CS DAO.”

YuurinBee will be taken off the multisig - the signing threshold will be kept as-is (5 of 9 consensus).

Timeline: To be executed by the multisig as soon as the proposal passes community vote.
