Overview: In a remarkable show of support for the Cryptoskulls community leading up to NFT NYC 2022, Math_Averse took the initiative to coordinate and finance the creation of the iconic Cryptoskulls mural on the renowned Brooklyn NFT wall.

Given the time constraints, Math_Averse graciously volunteered to cover the upfront cost of 2 ETH for the mural, with the understanding that a proposal would be presented to the community for a vote to reimburse him. Math_Averse's contribution has not only solidified our presence alongside other remarkable projects but has also played a crucial role in preserving our legacy. It is only fitting that we acknowledge his generosity and dedication by reimbursing him for this expense.

Funding Transparency: This proposal also seeks approval for reimbursing council member Math_Averse for the ETH he advanced for the creation of the wall mural, totaling 2 ETH. The reimbursement will be made in the form of 8 Cryptoskulls, considering the current floor price of 0.25 ETH per Cryptoskull.

However, based on the community's feedback, we propose a slight modification to the reimbursement terms. Instead of the current floor price, the reimbursement value will be determined by the average price of the sold Cryptoskulls, as suggested by the community and currently estimated at 0.25 ETH.
