Fund CS DAO Merch Drop w/ Ocean & Sea

Voting ended over 3 years agoSucceeded

Proposal Champion: @xoao & @quantum

Proposal Stakeholders: @OceanAndSea

Overview: It has been identified that merchandise is a priority for the CryptoSkulls community and this proposal is aimed at getting unique, one of a kind items into the hands of holders.

Profits from the sale of merchandise will be split 50/50 between OceanAndSea and the CryptoSkulls DAO. Funds for the DAO will be sent in USDC to the live DAO sales wallet and will be used as discretionary funds for Skull Council use (i.e. paying for IRL event expenses or reinvesting into more merchandise).

OceanAndSea will provide the community with fresh, high quality products that help strengthen and refine our DAO brand/community identity, further promote Skull art and will begin as an exclusive offer to holders. Designs will be based on a small selection (~2-3) of DAO held Skulls so that the artwork is based on community IP and not tied to any one individual's assets - these Skulls will remain locked in the Crypt until the Skull Council elects to reassign their use.

Approximately $200 USD worth of merch will also be ordered for exclusive DAO giveaways. OceanAndSea has close to 20 years of product manufacturing & design experience.

Funding Transparency:

It is requested that 3 Skulls with unclaimed Demonic Blood (UI 22). These funds will be used by OceanAndSea to coordinate a merch drop in September 2022.

These funding calculations are based on the current ETH value of $1700 USD and a combined Skull value of the CS FP (.55 ETH) and Demonic Skull FP (.07 ETH) as of 7/31/22.
