OVERVIEW: Add Brandon [1] (skull1423.eth) to the Skull Council while keeping the signing threshold as-is (will be 5 of 9 consensus after he is added). With the recent developments within the CryptoSkulls community and teams, there will be some changes to the owners of the safe as things are reconfigured (each with their own proposal). Brandon has been involved with CryptoSkulls since January and is a crypto-native builder and protocol architect.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS: Brandon has been building in the crypto space since early 2021 as a full-stack developer and architect with a focus on novel mechanism design. He designed and shipped the public crypto governance interoperability API for Boardroom [2], founded a decentralized art curation protocol on Polygon [3], co-founded a self-managed NFT research group within Rarible DAO [4], and co-founded Playgrounds [5], a builder DAO focused on delivering experimental public goods. He has been a signer on several multisigs and is familiar with advanced usage of Gnosis safe and the broader Zodiac ecosystem.
