Extend XOAO & QUANTUM as CMs of CryptoSkulls DAO

Overview: XOAO & QUANTUM have been serving as Community Managers for the CryptoSkulls DAO since June 15th, 2022 and we are proposing a 10 week extension of this work. As current members of the Skull Council, their roles as CMs are aimed at strengthening connections between community members, increasing online & IRL engagement and oversight/management of DAO proposals.

As part of their Skull Council duties, XOAO & QUANTUM will continue to serve as Community Managers to build foundational systems pertaining to Networking, Social Engagement, IRL Event Planning, Team Organization and Communication. They both will continue to contribute approximately 20 hours (each) weekly towards these outlined goals for an extended 10-week period.

XOAO & QUANTUM have worked to achieve numerous goals over the last 8 weeks (see attached 6WK Update Review), have co-hosted numerous community spaces to highlight artists and prominent community members and are committed to continuing to execute (and deliver) on a strategic plan to increase community relationships, brand awareness, value for holders and, engagement amongst community members.

Serving as CMs and their Skull Council involvement strengthens our abilities to adapt as an organization and create a more efficient and effective DAO process.

This proposal will extend the previous CM proposal that was passed on June 15, 2022 for another 10 Weeks.

Compensation will include a hybrid combination of ETH and DAO held CryptoSkulls with unclaimed Demonic Blood. A total of 4.36 ETH and 12 Skulls are requested from the DAO. After 10 weeks the DAO would vote to either continue funding, scale up funding, or scale down funding. Funding Transparency:

It is requested that 2.18 ETH is transferred to both individuals at the beginning of Week 1. 3 Skulls will be transferred to each person at the beginning of Week 5 and the last 3 Skulls sent at the end of Week 10. By the end of the 10 week period, each CM would receive 2.18 ETH and 6 CryptoSkulls each amounting to a total of 4.36 ETH and 12 CryptoSkulls with unclaimed Demonic Blood. Skulls will be selected from UI 22 & 25 and may include 1 Skull (for each person) of UI 12.

The first set of transactions (ETH) will be sent on August 12th, 2022 (this aligns with the final transactions/payments that will close out the first proposal passed in June).

These funding calculations are based on a CM salary of $80K, the current ETH value of $1450 USD and a combined Skull value of the CS FP (.5 ETH) and Demonic Skull FP ( .07 ETH) as of 7/27/22.

Proposal Details:

Over the last six weeks, XOAO & QUANTUM have been working together to execute on a clear CM strategy which has been outlined in documents provided in Discord announcments - more detailed tasks and goals for the next 10 weeks will be organized into similar formats for community review in early August. Through in-depth Community Surveys, Discord discussions, private chats with members, Skull Council workshops and participation in Spaces (and other various avenues), we have defined key areas to focus on this Fall. Within each focus area, there are numerous tasks and goals, and each will be defined clearly with measurable outcomes and timelines - progress updates will be communicated on Discord.

The primary key areas we will focus on as CMs are:

Networking & Social Engagement IRL Event Planning Collaboration & Artist Empowerment Communication, Team Organization & DAO Participation

Timeline:
