Sell 2 CryptoSkulls to Fund 3-Episode Pilot of CryptoSkull TV YouTube Channel

Proposal Champion: MD79 Proposal Stakeholders: Classic Kev / XOAO

Overview: Sell 2 CryptoSkulls on OpenSea 10% above floor to fund a SkullTV 3 Episode Pilot (YouTube Channel) led by Classic Kev. We’ll create a dedicated CryptoSkullTV Channel and build our own audience base through that channel. For this pilot, the programming will first focus on CryptoSkulls related content only, in the future it can cover other NFT topics, across the market and across communities (but always through the lens of CryptoSkulls).

The CryptoSkulls TV 3-Episode Pilot will focus the following programming: EPISODE #1: Crypto Skulls Origin Story EPISODE #2: Expanding The Demonic Skulls Story EPISODE #3: Fireside Chat with Community Member

The funds will be used to elevate the production value of shows. Upon converting the 2 CryptoSkulls to USDC (Approx. ~$4,500 at the current ETH price) the fundings will be allocated as follow:

$500 USDC - Lighting, Audio Equipment, backdrop, custom CryptoSkulls light box, & special CS Props ** $100 USDC - Labor, Installation, Testing

$1,500 USDC - For community member and host, Classic Kev; full production of 3 Shows $500 USDC - For community member XOAO for design and graphics About the physical equipment: We’ll give this equipment to Classic Kev to keep in good faith that this pilot will lead to future collaborations and more episodes down the road.

Additional Details: At the time of listing, the CryptoSkulls must be priced at at least 10% above the floor price on OpenSea.

Timeline: Upon approval of this proposal and conversion of the CryptoSkulls to USDT, we’ll kick off production.

Pre-Production: Week 1 Purchase Equipment and Testing: Week 2-4 First Episode: Week 5 - We’ll do bi-weekly episodes after that. Stakeholders are expected to keep the community members informed of the progress or delays in the overall production.

Ways to Get Involved: Community members are welcomed to participate, but only as unpaid contributors, to help in the production of the show. It can be with professional advice or any other skill set while working directly with the two stakeholders.

Success Metrics:

Objective 1: Delight and Educate New Holders Impress new CryptoSkull holders with an end-to-end narrative of the origins of the collection.

Objective 2: Get to 250 YouTube Subscribers Encourage Skull Holders and Non-Holders to subscribe. While 250 sounds low, it can serve as an initial indicator of traction.

Objective 3: Ease CM’s role when onboarding new holders Make CM job of onboarding new holders easier and more enjoyable (as they can just share the YouTube link)

Team Experience: ClassicKev has his own channel is an active NFT enthusiast, a Crypto Skulls holder, and is passionate about our community. XOAO is a designer within our community, has agency experience, and also has strong 3D skills. MD79 will help oversee the design direction and help execute this proposal until we have an official CM.
