Overview: Hire Irishnftgal as DAO Community Manager serving 10 hours per week for 10 consecutive weeks. Total compensation will be paid in DAO Crypt skulls at a rate of 1 skull per week, for a total of 10 skulls for the service term. This will run concurrently alongside XOAO.

Proposal Details: Irishnftgal previously served as Community Manager for the CryptoSkulls core team working directly under the guidance of Alex Slayer. During this time she demonstrated strengths in the onboarding of new community members, building social media presence, strengthening connections between community members, and increasing online & IRL engagement. As a DAO CM she will be able to leverage those same strengths to provide value to holders. She will contribute 10 hours weekly towards these outlined goals for a 10-week period:

Responsibilities:

• Hosting / Organizing Weekly Twitter Spaces for Cryptoskulls Brand and community spaces (Priority of 1-2 Spaces a week)
• Network & Build partnerships with strategic projects through Twitter Spaces and co-hosting relevant topics that helps build the Cryptoskulls Brand
• Consistent weekly content creation via omnichannel platforms including CS Twitter / Instagram & Tiktok
• Bi-weekly CS Brand Recap (Medium / Substack Blog) & DAO updates
• Support in moderation on discord on a daily basis & all relevant DAO announcements
• Assist other CM (xoao) in CS DAO plans / facilitation and coordination of approved proposals with CS DAO Council members & related DAO projects

Compensation: Irishnftgal will be paid in DAO held CryptoSkulls with unclaimed Demonic Blood. A total of 10 Skulls are requested from the DAO. After 10 weeks the DAO would vote to either continue funding, scale up funding, or scale down funding.

Funding Transparency: It is requested that 5 skulls are transferred to CM at the beginning of Week 1 and the last 5 Skulls sent at the end of Week 10. By the end of the 10 week period, the CM would receive 10 CryptoSkulls with unclaimed Demonic Blood. Skulls will be selected from UI 22.

Timeline: IrishNFTGal’s CM prop would go into effect on May 1st and run for 10 Weeks, ending on July 10th.
