Summary of the Proposals: A board of directors steps into the position of the leaders of Skulltoons. The board will take over the financial & strategic management of the project. Theodoru will continue creating the Art for Skulltoons. The board will cover all competencies that are necessary for leading an NFT project. A multi-signature wallet would be created to manage the funds. The ownership of the socials, the smart contract and the project assets of the project will be transferred. The creation of the Board would happen after the voting.
