DAO Hideout Accumulation

In addition to the almost 30E deposited after sell out, the community wallet earns 1% of all secondary sales via a manual transfer from the team. Now that we have reached 500E traded on Opensea that means an addition 5E has become available and now may be a good time to begin investing in our own project by accumulating Skvllpvnk Hideout collection pieces in the range of 0E and 0.15E.

This proposal would empower the Dev team to spend up to 5E over a 30d period to accumulate Skvllpvnks into the DAO wallet. Any accumulated before SkvllBabies would obviously be eligible for the SkvllBabies drop, as well.

The dev team would have unilateral power to buy pieces as they see fit, with preference towards floor pieces, but also able to buy up on a better potential value, but you can vote on your preference below (floor only or 'best value' buys in a floor range).

A 'best value' buy might be a red katana Hideout collection piece at .15 which might be more valuable long-term than a non-weapon item at .1. At the same time, the more pieces we collect the better for the collection in general, as it effectively removes supply from the market, so 'floor only' is a good option, as well.

An important note is the dev team should NOT blanket spend 5E to ‘buy the floor’ as the purpose of this is NOT a floor sweep, but value accumulation. Sellers that list at floor are trying to exit their position and it is our belief this would be a good buying opportunity for the DAO long-term.

Also, obviously the community will expect the team to be mindful of gas.

This proposal does not make any recommendations on what could be done with the items collected over time, but it’s reasonable to think the DAO might want to sell them again one day.

TL;DR this proposal does the following:

Enables the Skvllpvnks Dev team to spend up to 5E buying from the Hideout collection over 1 month period, focused on ‘floor priced’ items, but with the ability to ‘reach above floor’ for reasonably priced higher value items if voted on.
