SkvllpvnkzDAO - Investment decisions

Intro: At the time of writing, there is 29.612 Ether sitting in the Skvllpvnkz community wallet. I am a huge proponent of making my assets work for me and want to see the community wallet grow. It is critical that the community discusses how to maximize upside of the DAO while also creating a fair system of governance. In this proposal, I outline a few investment options and a decision making framework.

Investment options: (1) NFTs (25%): Great opportunity to help the overarching community grow while also picking out blue chip projects & hot mints.

(2) Decentralized Finance (25%): Supplying liquidity to farms and staking is easy APY that outperforms market growth. I have experience across multiple ecosystems including Binance Smart Chain & Avalanche Network.

(3) Alternative Cryptocurrencies (10%): Who doesn't like an altcoin that 100x in value? I recommend this being a smaller allocation, but projects like Fortmatic and Cardano amongst others have tremendous potential to grow in market cap at a rate faster than Ether.

(4) ETH Reserve / Liquidity (40%): Cash is king, but screw fiat... So in this case having a stockpile of ETH is critical to buy any dips and hedge against any NFT market collapses.

Decision making teams: If you've followed me this far, you must be wondering who gets to decide what to buy and what should the percent allocation be? I think this is a topic that should be discussed in a different proposal but have a few ideas below to get us started.

(1) SkvllPvnkz founders: As the masterminds behind this operation, the founders as a collective should have the ability to set forth or veto any DAO related decisions.

(2) Investment committee: Selection of OG and new Skvllpvnkz members who have a vetted background in finance and investing. Their responsibility is to screen community proposals and maintain fund allocations.

(3) Community driven proposals: Community can submit and vote on proposals using this Snapshot interface on which projects, ecosystems or tokens should be invested in.

(4) Quarterly town halls: Opportunity to review portfolio performance, reflect on lessons learned and strategize future investments. This is also a time where the community as a whole can make changes to the investment team.
