Should the DAO Get 18 More Skvlls, Mint Babies and Auction Off?

DAO has 32 SkvllPvnks and something about 50 feels good, but more importantly, let's us mint 25 SkvllBabies which (speculatively) could be great for selling (and/or hodling) to further boost the DAO Ethereum holdings of the DAO and benefit all SkvllPvnks holders by keeping supply off the market.

The idea would work like this:

• DAO authorized to spend up to 3E buying 18 more SKVLLS at FLOOR prices (sub .1 ideal, but if they floor breaks and holds above .1, obviously can buy above it) to bring DAO holding to 50 between now and Oct 31.

• DAO to mint 25 babies when gas is low (may be a few days after Oct 31)

• Based on the market, DAO will auction of some set of babies (to be determined later) with 100% revenue going back to DAO.
