Description: The grant funds will be used to sponsor security bot subscriptions for a year to help protect businesses specifically in the Yuga ecosystem or those building on Ape Chain with $APE. This initiative will incentivize businesses to build in this ecosystem safely. The grant funds will also allow me to offer discounts to these companies, with the grant covering the difference.

I will immediately stake the $APE, creating an ecosystem where the yielded $APE can provide an ongoing mechanism to offer free additional services to these qualifying businesses. Depending on the amount of $APE granted, it could also cover the cost of complete audits for at least two businesses building to propel the Ape ecosystem. I have previously conducted such audits for Welcome Apes, Apes+, Bored Jobs, and others.

Additional Use of Funds

The grant funds will also contribute towards development costs for the security bots I use. These bots provide an extra level of 2FA where it is typically not requested by platforms like Discord.

To give you an idea, typical security bot subscriptions across Gmail, Discord, and X for businesses cost, on average, around ~$100 a month.

Expected Outcomes

The use of funds from the grant will:

Incentivize more businesses to incorporate $APE or build on Ape Chain. Enhance the security and safety of users within the Ape/Ape Chain ecosystem. Continue spreading educational knowledge on X to help users avoid scams.
