SIP-01 Smol Savior Proposal

As the Smols Brains are on the moon they notice that the Swol Bodies are in danger on earth. They have the opportunity to go down and save the Bodies and bring them back to safety, or leave them on earth to meet their inevitable fate. The community must decide as a whole on what the next action will be.
Community involvement in voting could possibly lead to rewards in the future, but for now the main concern is deciding if we save our Swol counterparts.

Only holders of gSmol (the total amount of staked Smols a wallet may have) can vote using SMOL (i.e. gSmol) on Arbitrum. The higher amount of Smols staked, the greater their weight is on governance. The team is working on future alternative ways to vote which may reflect IQ and time staked.
