The Decentraland DAO voting system is only a slight improvement on America's first incarnation of "Democracy" where the only voters were white, land-owning males. Weighted governance is paralyzing the distribution of funds for projects.

DCL desperately needs content creators to survive long term. We need a new tier for micro-projects that awards funds based on a simple up-down vote. Limit the # of these projects to 50 a month it won't drain the DAO vault at all, but spurs a ton of interest from scrappy entrepreneurs from disadvantaged economies.
