Requirements:

• Unique emote of ringing a bell
• Ring the bell before Townhall and shout "hear ye hear ye townhall be soon"
• Ferry people to Townhall
• Pass the unique emote on if I become unable to continue the roll
• Post content promoting Townhall on X before the event

This will help ferry people to the Townhalls in a unique and fun way, everyone can promote the townhall but there can only be one Townhall crier and as you have seen I cry alot.
