Should the scene located at -120,-150 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Description

We (Parcel Party) have recently changed locations from -120, -150 to 86,-33. We would like to make sure that the optics aren't that we sold a POI, we simply did a land swap to be friendly and make way for someone else's development.
