Should we completely shut down the DAO & let the Foundation take over everything

I believe we need the complelety shut down the DAO & let the Foundation take over all its core functions.

Call it centralization or whatever you will but this is the only viable & permanent solution.

Yemel & his team are more than capable of outperforming the entire incompetent, ineffective, inadequate, irresponsible, unsuccesful, unproductive, incapable DAO team.

We need to shut down the DAO & all it's operations including the DAO Discord to release these payroll puppets out of their misery.
