Should the scene located at -145,113 be removed from the Point of Interest list?

Description

Previously claimed to be used for the upcoming XETAPLEX but since then, plot of land has been put up for sale.

The only scene that is deployed is a replica of Cyberlove, which as of now, is located at 133,131.
