LAND can be delegated from an owner to a user to be able to publish scenes. NAMEs can only be assigned to the avatar that owns the NFT.

Allow NAMEs to be delegated from owners to users to be able to access and publish scenes in the DCLWorlds as well as allow the user to assign/wear that name to their avatar.

Would love to hear feedback from the community & see if an idea like this is even possible.
