Should easy to understand error messages be displayed?

Sometimes when trying to enter the world, errors appear that prevent the user from accessing, this can be very frustrating and even more so when messages appear with technical jargon that the common user is unable to understand.

This poll asks if the community would like to see easier-to-understand error messages that include a clear, non-technical reason for the error along with a list of possible troubleshooting steps, such as synchronizing the computer's time, avoiding the use of VPN etc.
