Problem: Currently there is a max file size of 50mb. Scene limits.

Argument: Users can get around the limit by splitting their .mp3/.glb/.mp4/.jpg/etc into smaller pieces. But this costs extra time for developers and can affect the user experience if done incorrectly.

Solution: Increase the cap to unlimited. LAND is already capped per parcel.
