[Feature Request] Add more hair/skin colors

To add more differentiation between avatars, more hair colors could be added: red, green, blue, purple, pink…

Same for skin.

Or even better, a rbg color editor.

Im not aware of the technical requirements or doability or if it would fit artistic guidelines.

... but wouldn't it be sooo cool!?
