Should the DAO claim its ENS tokens?

It does not appear that the DAO has claimed ENS tokens for holding dcl.eth and as such there may be a significant amount of value that can be recognized by the Decentraland DAO. The ENS token claim window is set to close on May 3rd, 2022, so this is a time-sensitive action.

ENS granted ERC-20 tokens to early adopters of ENS depending on quantity and length held. Decentraland was an early adopter of ENS and therefore may have a significant number of tokens to claim. (Note: it is unclear exactly how many tokens are available as the ENS Claim contract - 0xc18360217d8f7ab5e7c516566761ea12ce7f9d72 - uses a merkle tree not exposed to the public).

This poll is not intended to govern what to do with the tokens once claimed, which could and should be fodder for future polls and discussion. The DAO may eventually decide to (a) liquidate tokens and convert to Mana/ETH or other currency for which it has liabilities denominated in, (b) use them to subsidize future ENS needs of the DAO (e.g. dcl.eth comes up for renewal in 2023) or (c) to participate in voting in the ENS DAO.

The intention of this poll is to decide whether they should be claimed before the opportunity to do so expires.
