Should the following Tier 2: up to $3,000 USD in MANA, one-time payment grant in the Community category be approved?

Abstract

FACE Fashion House has begun giving out 100 MANA creator grants to active users in the space. These grants cover the listing cost for Decentraland and enable people a way to make money from the space which results in them staying on the platform. 3,000 MANA is enough to give out two 100 MANA grants for 15 months to creators. We would manage this fund and reward 100% of it to the Decentraland community.

Description

This project is a direct benefit to the creator community of Decentraland. It enables users of the space to reward the ones they believe are making wearables they want to buy. The money would eventually circle back into DCL while also growing the marketplace with top-quality content. Creators would get funding for wearable projects that will launch many fashion ventures. All you need is one successful wearable launch to have your life completely changed by the metaverse.

Specification

We have established a DAO on Snapshot which we will use to vote on creators. Currently, it is 100% centralized but I created a FACE Fashion Guild NFT that I am selling for .01 ETH. This gives users 1 vote in the DAO and there are 1000. The money made from the sale of these NFTs will go into funding wearables for the FACE Fashion House. I should note that grant winners are not required to be a member of the guild but a member must make the proposal on their behalf.
