Hide POIs with a default scene name from DCL Map

The current DCL's Map is pullulated by a lot of empty POIs. You can spot them as "Empty Parcel". This happen very often when there is no scene or the owner has not renamed their scenes.

Without remove the POI (because it may be a mistake). The Map should not display a POI with a default scene name. Then if the owner renames it, the POI will appear again.

• Hide POIs with a default scene name
• Do nothing
• Invalid question/options
