Should there be more decimal places available when deciding wearable prices?

It seems useful to allow for more granular control over the prices of wearables and collectibles. Here are some potential reasons:
- someone might want to host a giveaway but wants to prevent bots from rapidly claiming free items (0.001 MANA instead of 0 MANA)
- as the price of MANA increases, the least expensive items also become more expensive, increasing the bar to entry
