Support keyboard control binding

Qwerty keyboards are not the only keyboards in the world. A lot of person in the world use azerty, qwertz or custom keyboards.
During demonstrations a lot of foreign customers that are not familiar with IT are stuck in DCL because they cannot move correctly.
It would be great if DCL could support different keyboard's layout.
