Abstract

The purpose of this project is to allow smaller creators of NFTs/wearables to get a chance to display their talents and to reach a greater customer base. The project will consist of a plot of land where a building will be constructed which will allow smaller/entry level creators to showcase/advertise their work. Advertising on this plot will be free for a given time duration of one week, after which a small payment will have to be made in mana/matic.

Description

With the concept of the Meta-verse growing ever more popular, some very talented creators are going unnoticed. That is why i plan on giving people the chance to advertise for free and the first step to the plan is obtaining a plot of land. Hopefully this grant will allow me to do so and execute the remainder of the plan. I plan on having a small section dedicated for holding events however that space will have to be rented and the price will vary depending on the demand for the space. The main building will be segmented into smaller stalls and one stall will be given to each person who is interested in advertising on the plot. The exterior regions of the building will also have billboards put up for further advertising. Depending on the success of the first section of the project, i aim to expand this project and make advertising plots available through out the map.

Specification

Basic advertising through stalls inside the building will be free of charge for a time period of 1 week, after which a payment of $5 will have to be made per day. Each stall will allow the advertiser to display their work where ever they please to do so, however it cannot exceed the boundaries of the stall.

The billboards on the outskirts of the building will be free of charge for a time period of 2 days. After which a payment of $10 will have to be made a day. Each billboard will be of a certain size but special orders/requirement’s for billboards can be made and the prize will vary according to the needs.

The event venue on the premises will be available to rent and the price will be $50 per hour. The venue will give access to a screen and you also have the option to get the venue set up according to your needs ( however keep in mind that no changes to the structure of the building or stage area can be made). If you intend on holding a music event then please note that we will only be providing the venue, (music personals will not be included in the package).

Furthermore, creators who are interested in advertising will have to Direct Message me after which i will be adding them to a waitlist. Depending on the demand for advertising space, advertisers may have to wait for a minimum of one week. A potion of the money earned through this project will go towards helping the community and smaller creators.

Also note that the value of the grant requested is a bit higher than the actual requirement , but this is to ensure that i have enough for the completion of the project. I am more than happy to return any excess money back to the DAO if they approve of it. All spendings will be recorded and made public through various platforms for anyone to view to avoid accusation of foul play. Personnel
