Should Marketplace have a 'Furniture' category?

Should creators be able to sell furniture in the Marketplace? Allowing them to do so could help improve the visuals of DCL by incentivizing talented 3d modelers who don't own land to contribute.
If we allow this, the specs need to be fairly strict in terms of optimizations. The curators would need to keep an eye out for anything that hogs too much memory, fill rate, or draw calls.
