Establish a Formal Process for Adding/Removing DAO Committee Members

At present there is not a formal process in place for adding or removing DAO Committee Members. This Pre-Proposal aims to poll community support for creating a defined process for adding or removing committee members, which will be defined in a subsequent Draft Proposal.

If this measure ultimately passes through the three proposal stages and is approved as a binding Governance Proposal, a currently serving committee member plans to resign, and a process for selecting a new member will begin.
