Should the DAO reimburse wearables creators for the secondary sales accrued between the passing of the DAO proposal and the marketplace smart contract update?

We propose that the DAO reimburse the secondary royalty fees of all creators who had secondary sales in between Monday, September 6th 2021 (when the change in secondary sales proposal was passed) and Tuesday, December 14th (when the DCL Marketplace Contract was updated to automatically divert payments to wearables creators).
