Should there be a rental space on the Decentraland Marketplace for Land

Just in the same manner that land is bought and sold, should there be a similar mechanism on the market.decentraland.org that provides listings to be made with permissions clearly displayed which enable builders and creators to 'rent' and utilize land through deployment permission (for a scheduled timeframe)?
MANA used to pay out these contracts can be subject to the same marketplace fee as regular land sales. This can provide added value to Decentraland assets, create a better free market concept for land rental, draw more talent as well as entrepreneurship and traffic to Decentraland, etc.
