Should the following Tier 1: up to $1,500 USD in MANA, one-time payment grant in the Content Creator category be approved?

Abstract

With this grant request i hope to publish my first wearable to the marketplace and possibly start off as a wearable creator. The wearable will be a green bucket hat with big goofy eyes that stick out from the sides along with a set of funny looking teeth. This will also be the first part of a set however that has not been confirmed yet.
