Can the DAO monetise PETs.

I heard PETs/followers are coming to the game. I think the dao should be taking a 2.5% percentage or all sales/resales like LAND. Preferably on a L2.

Example:

1. Ethermon creates a PET and submits it for approval
2. It is approved
3. It is sold by Ethermon through polygon opensea
4. DAO takes 2.5% of each sale.
5. If resold, the DAO takes 2.5% again..

Why? DAO needs more money.. PETs could be a $t industry..
